LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) poly bags are manufactured through an extrusion process. LLDPE resin is melted and formed into a thin film, which is then cut and sealed to create the bags. This process allows for customization in size, thickness, and design.

Film Extrusion Method

For us, the key component in this process is the film extruding machine. We begin by feeding a blend of polyethylene granules and masterbatch (for colour and UV resistance) into the hopper. These granules are then gradually heated and melted as they pass through the screw barrel of the extruder.
